Menopace should only be taken on a full stomach.
Always ensure that Menopace is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down, and not tea or coffee, as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early.

Menopace ISO is recommended for women as a nutritional safeguard with essential micronutrients and antioxidants that contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins C & B also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It may be used as a supplement to support the immune system and as a valuable multivitamin and mineral food supplement. Menopace ISO can be taken for as long as required. There is no maximum length of time over which it may be used.

Generally, Menopace ISO may be used alongside medications because it contains only moderate levels of Isoflavones, vitamins, and minerals and is free from drugs and hormones. For specific advice on taking Menopace ISO with medicines, we recommend that you consult your nearby doctor.

One tablet per day is recommended with or immediately after your main meal. Swallow with water. Taking the tablet with a large meal maximizes the absorption of the nutrients and can reduce nausea, which is sometimes experienced if multivitamins are taken on an empty stomach. Menopace ISO should only be taken on a full stomach. Always ensure that Menopace ISO is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down.

Menopace ISO has no known side effects when taken as directed. Do not exceed the recommended tablet intake. In case of overdose, seek medical advice immediately.

Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases, we would expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals in Menopace ISO to build over several weeks. There is no maximum length of time over which Menopace ISO may be used. A regular intake is recommended.
