This User Agreement comprising of rules and regulations and privacy policy is published in compliance with the statutory requirement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 as applicable and amended from time to time. This Agreement does not require any physical or digital endorsement by signature. By accessing this website www.vitabiotics.in (“Website”) (whether or not using the services/purchasing the products), you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may choose not to access the Website if you do not agree with the contents of this Agreement.

Account & Registration Obligations

All customers have to register and provide us personal information for placing orders on the Website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing on receipt of first letter or by contacting the customer service.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery.

Cancellation by Website / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. The cut-off time begins from when the order has been placed and ends when the order has been dispatched from our end. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

In the case of any Free Offers Provided by the Company, It shall stand implied that the purchase of the product offered as free will not be eligible for purchase. On Breach of such condition, the respective order would be deemed as cancelled.
