Cancellation on Website by Customer

A customer can cancel an order anytime until the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the customer.

Our company follows a return & exchange policy in specific conditions. We will allow exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, empty, or has wrong/ missing items at the time of delivery. Customers must share an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, or pictures of the damaged product or any item in question. For damaged/ wrong/ missing product-related redressals, please contact our customer service at customerservice@meyer.co.in or call us at 18002108899 within 24-48 hours of the product being delivered.

In the event of receipt of a damaged or faulty product or receipt of a different product than which was ordered, you may follow the steps below to enable us to process the replacements swiftly:

  • Wrap the item in its original outer packaging with all the seals, wrapping, and documentation intact.
  • Place a replacement request at: customerservice@meyer.co.in.
  • Upon the request being placed, the team shall arrange the return of the product within 24-48 hrs. After the product received to the company, the requested replacement or the refund of the product will be delivered to the customer’s registered address within 4 to 5 working days.
  • The team shall notify you via e-mail about the update of your returns.

At Vitabiotics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with a product due to personal preference, we offer a hassle-free return process with minimal logistics charges applicable under the following conditions:

1. The product has not been tampered with, used, or altered in any way.
2. The product retains its original packaging, tags, labels, and all included documents.
3. The product's seal is intact and has not been broken.
4. The return request is initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide the receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

If the product/goods are found open or seal broken during the delivery, then we request you to not accept the delivery and immediately report to the customer care at customerservice@meyer.co.in

Refund Policy

If the order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reflect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 4-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
