RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY

Our returns policy is hassle free and easy to avail.

 

In the event of receipt of a damaged or faulty product or receipt of a different product than which was ordered, you may follow the steps below to enable us to process the replacements swiftly:

 

Wrap the item in its original outer packaging with all the seals, wrapping , documentation intact.
Place a replacement request at ; customerservice@meyer.co.in,
Upon the request being placed, the team shall arrange the return of the product and the requested replacement will be delivered to the customer’s registered address within 4 to 5 working days.
The team shall notify you via e-mail about the update of your returns.

     

    In the event of receipt of a product which was ordered incorrectly, change of preference or desire to seek replacement for a reason(s) other than the product being damaged, faulty or receipt of different product than which was ordered, you may please follow the steps below to enable us to assist further with the replacement

     

    Wrap the item in its original outer packaging with all the seals, wrapping, documentation intact .
     
    Place a return request at customerservice@meyer.co.in, the team shall share with the customer with the mailing address; the customer can place replacement request; upon the request being placed; the customer can send back the product to be replaced at its own costs, once the product is received by Vitabiotics, it shall arrange for the requested replacement to be mailed to the customer’s registered address within 4 to 5 working days.
     
    In such cases the customer cannot claim for a refund.
